Turn and rank icons

It could be a blonde moment, but nothing is different in my browser (Firefox) or settings between work and home. I saw the turn and rank icons for My Games before 8 at home. Yet, when I logged in from work after 8, no icons (just bullets).

I tried to log in yesterday and was told it was down for service. Ever since then I only get bullets next to players' names and I do not have rank icons. I have hit refresh. I have not tried other browsers, but on Firefox I have this problem across 2 different computers.
