Replies To PMs

Postby fighter1405 on Sat Sep 23, 2006 7:06 am

I always find it annoying when someone replies to a PM that i sent ages ago with something simple like 'yes'. By the time I read the reply I have completely forgotton what I wrote in the first PM and it is annoying having to go to the outbox and check. Therefor I propose:

When you recieve a reply to a private message it includes the text of the original message, much like some email services do

You just have to accept that some days you're the pigeon and some days you're the statue

You poor guy. I know what you mean though. That 20 seconds it takes to find out what the reply was for is a life killer.
"You know what they say about Love and War...."
"Yeah, one involves a lot of physical and psychological pain, and the other one's War."

Email doesn't have to do that, its an option that you can turn off in most programs.

And you can do that in PMs, they just have to hit "Quote" instead of "Post Reply" just like they do on the message board to include prior text.
