Add the number "all" on the fortification/deployme

Deploy how many armies to Afghanistan? 0 .. 1 .. 2 .. 3 .. 4 .. 5 .. ALL

Maybe like that? I get angry when it keeps telling me I tried to make an illegal deployment/fortification just because I selected too many armies.
