Map Inspect Link is Broken

Concise description: the map inspect tool used to be available by clicking on

https://www.conquerclub.com/mapmaker/index.php

in the past.

however, this results in the error below now.

The requested URL /mapmaker/index.php was not found on this server.

I was told by the webmaster that that tool has not worked for quite some time.

The last time stamp I have is December 27, 2018 at 1:43 p.m. It is needed now for Elements.
