Im gonna vote with Deve. Seems the right thing to do.

Also for me the entire EWE-THOR wolf scenario is based on Pixar's wolf radio chat that there are 2 inexperienced wolves to be found (to match Ragian's idea when Strike confessed superfast).

Ragian also said Strike would not leave the tiniest breadcrumb to his fellow wolves...

These are the players Strike mentions in his town/scum post:

strike wolf wrote:
Devante wrote:Take it we're already getting these "vote no lynch" since it's day 1 and we have no idea about anything really at this point right? I expect that's normal on the first day till more info is gathered or introduced from players. If so I'll follow suit

Its not set in stone. Different players have different beliefs in the matter. I personally believe that we should never go into Day 1 with the conclusion that we're going to no lynch because it takes pressure off any potential scum as Day 1 suspicions have a habit of disappearing D2.

I have been thinking more and more over the players.

Most of you have not really made an impact on me so far.

DDS: I am a little bit wary about his hesitancy to be investigated but the more I look at his play in comparison to The Tick Mafia where he was an anti-town role, he seems more assertive so far in this game. Voting No Lynch is also pretty standard play from him and being hesitant to use powers unnecessarily does seem to also fit that pattern. So ultimately I am leaning town. Still a meanie for voting me.

EW: His plan to investigate the potential sheriff before ultimately deciding is interesting. I was initially for it but I think DDS's reservations have mostly won me over to not using it yet. Some have cautioned that he might be trying to misdirect the investigation onto a townie to save a wolf from potential investigation. It seems possible but ultimately speculative. Neutral read but worth keeping an eye on.

Son!c
: Outside of his conjecture about which roles line up with which secret roles, he's been on the tame side for Son!c so far. Either he's learning to be a little less in everyone's face about his theories or maybe this is how he plays as scum. Still active but trying to be less aggressive. That said, this is even more speculative than the EW investigation thought. Neutralish reading and Also a meanie for voting me.

Vot: Very active. Seems engaged both in reading people and figuring out the game. Leaning town.

Ewebasher: Perhaps it's just his name giving me misgivings but he seems to be more following than engaged. Could just be a newer player defaulting to backing more experienced players. Slight scummy read.

Ultimately, this all brings me to Ragian who so far has basically just posted mostly fluff and one post where he kind of accuses DDS but puts little weight behind it. He really hasn't said much more than people who have only posted a couple times but he's used more posts to do it. Somewhat scummy vibe.

So everybody he mentions: DDS , EW, me; Vot, Ragian they all turned up town.. he mentions EWEbasher aswell..

(DDS was most likely infected on N1 so he was 100% town here..)

"Ewebasher: Perhaps it's just his name giving me misgivings but he seems to be more following than engaged. Could just be a newer player defaulting to backing more experienced players. Slight scummy read. while Ragian got the same Somewhat scummy vibe".

So @Ragian: would Strike leave such a big breadcrumb? Because if not then Thor is cleared by the bearsniff..

And nobody is going for EWE so UNVOTE - clock is ticking after all.. yes Thor is acting strange but it's his first mafia game ever and if he and Ewe are wolves, would he throw Ewe under the bus like that and make him so scummy?

Im gonna vote with Deve.

Do we really? Is everybody going to responsibly show in the last couple hours, analyze the evidence, and make a rational decision?
No, I don't think they are... not this game.

Thor's 'crazy' play may be serving some purpose, or not... none of us know.
But if we need to get him out of here so we can get some work done, then fine.

Vote Thor

As for the other three wolf-candidates they are mostly playing fine, Ewebasher seems to be thrashing around a bit, but that isn't the best scum-tell.
We've analyzed the equivocal evidence for and against each of them and we are not getting resolution.

I am fully admitting that there isn't a clear smokng gun at this point.
So the only thing that is going to irk me is if everybody fumbles around lynchlessly (yes, it's a word).
Lets just hammer Thor, and see where that takes us.

Thor - 4 votes - Ragian, Pixar, Votanic
Swang - 2 votes - Ewe, Thor
Ewebasher - 1 Votes - Swang

@Son!c, strike's point early doors about Ewe isn't a breadcrumb. D1, any decent player will include (at least) one scumbuddy, and preferably throw a tiny bit of shade their way, so if caught you haven't just provided town with a list of confirmed townies. Please notice that all others mentioned are more or less confirmed townies.

Also, don't just say that you will vote with another player. You need to vote for whom you find the most suspicious based on what we know and how you interpret things. Your vote, your responsibility.

Votanic is really contributing excellently to the werewolf lexicon. First ā€œrandwagonā€ and now ā€œlynchlesslyā€.

Anyway, my preference for ewe over thor is only slightly, so Im happy to switch here.

Sure but all 3 of the "last scenario's" are devided 33% in probability and its not my neck on the wolf chop block tonight..

Also i say Deve played a great game so =D> =D> =D> and yes out of those 3 he gets to choose..

In it to win it. If its just picking a choice and "oh well" its turns out something and from there we pick the next "oh well" untill all chess moves are done then why play?

So if you tell me i have to go with my gut feeling im backing out on Thor. That means backing out on Ewe too.
Im going for the Pixar -Swang mysterywagon (scoobedobedooooo!) because the Pix wolf chat is the key here. If Pix flips town we made good progress. If Thor flips town then what is our progress? Nada - zilch - nothiiing

If i was wolf i would play / press for this scenario..

That is another one of my leading hypotheses, Sonic.
Thor is pissed off at you for roping him into a boring, stupid mafia game...
but since he can't take it out on you because you are both in the same clan, it is Town that has to suffer.

Not nice, I am just a beginner. There is so much to read and learn. Yes me and Sonic are in a clan together and good clan friends. He did invite me to give it a try, it is a bit overwhelming for a starter. I thought if I could just skate through and learn the way of the game. Seeing (hint hint) how no one contacted me in the game (outside of the moderator) I tried to drop a hint of my role. By saying I walk around with my head down, but yet I see all. Does that sound like a wolf? Lynch (kill) me if that is your will. But do not take it out on SoN!c, he was just trying to fill the game with players and invited me to a new game I had not played or understood. I am sooooo sorry you advanced players can not remember how it was when you first played a Mafia game.

@Thor, I do remember my first game. Mine was a simple one. That's the point. Really, you should punch Son!c in the throat for making this your first game. If you are not too put off by this, try giving the Vanilla Elementary game a read. That's a beginner's game.
