I must have miscounted; I really thought I put him at L-1. I would have waited longer if I realized I was the hammer. I still don't buy the claim. Are you telling me if a tracker targets someone who gets driven, the tracker isn't informed of the new target?

Yes. Usually when a busdriver switches people, those targeted are not informed that the targets of their actions have changed, even investigative roles.

I'm just going to say that this is a very odd role that I've never seen before. I find it a little difficult to believe considering all the roles killed so far are standard roles, and I find it difficult to believe that strike put one really odd role in here to just screw with us.

i don't believe the claim that anyone with a gun comes in first has to do russian roulette with you, and then STILL shoot you. it just makes your role really useless.

being busdriven is a slight possibility, but i already didn't really trust you and i think i was not wrong about you beng godfather, we'll find out soon enough.

if squirrel does turn out to be town, we'll have a slight problem figuring out who was swapped with squirrel last night.

I have to agree with this. If someone shot him last night, he'd have had a 1/3 chance of dying, but if that failed, he'd have died anyway? Doesn't make sense.

Michael Corleone Sleeps with the Fishes

The town gathered around the square. They were anxious about last night's events and they looked around to see what would come of it. One man however knew who was to blame.

"That man" he said pointing to an unusually well-dressed humanoid squirrel. "He visited the deceased last night. He must be the Godfather."

"Now hold on" the man who in private was referred to as Don Corleone or "the Godfather" spoke. "I am no mafioso. I'm just a veteran. I like to play Russian Roulette."

But only some of the town believed him and before they could with draw a hammer fell and knocked him over the head.

As he came to the man looked around the crowd and realized he was on an electric chair.

"You're making a mistake" he said frantically but as he looked around he knew no one was coming to his rescue. "The Corleone family will have your heads for this"

With that the lights flickered and the room fell silent.

Mr. Squirrel-Michael Corleone-mafia Godfather has been lynched.

Playing the Game

The town was once again relaxed. Two mafia lynches in a row and they felt confident that they were nearing the end of their ordeal. Tonight however would not prove productive for one townie.

As the days had gone by word spread of a crazy man harassing the actors. It was on this night that the man however would be involuntarily quieted. Taber stood in front of the door, antagonizing a local man who was not at all amused.

"Play the game, Harding!" He yelled "play the game!"

The man tried his best to ignore the man but it was clear it was getting on his nerves. He thought of confronting the man himself but with a flash the man disappeared. Stunned the witnesses looked around but the man was gone and it looked like he wouldn't be coming back.

Spiesr-Taber (Christopher Lloyd)-town roleblocker has been killed.

It is now day 7 with 7 alive it takes 4 to lynch.

i think that since there was a witness to it someone must have been a watcher and seen it. someone needs to come up if that is the case. why do you vote pancakemix DM?

well it must have been the vig shot because if it had been jailkeeping then he would have been safe.

idk, this is only my second game, but it must not have been a jailkeeping invention, because otherwise speiser would not have been shot.

i know, im not accusing it of killing him, im just saying that it was not the jailkeeping invention like we thought because otherwise he would have been safe for the night.

It's not very common for all inventions to be vig kills, there may be a mafia left, and I suppose there is a possibility that both mafia and BG targeted spiesr, but I find that a bit unlikely.

I personally think that BG is really another SKer, and he's just using his "inventions" fakeclaim to justify him using them. I think he got lucky with targeting Mr. Squirrel who was mafia, but remember that there was no mention of "blood" or "shots fired" which implies there was no other attempted nightkill.

As for the possible "witness", I think that may just have been spiesr's target who was roleblocked.

Seriously, is an OMGUS case the best you have?

i'm a bit lost. thought PCM was fishy, but it appairs he didn't even leave the house, so i assume that means he didn't kill anyone today, right?

the fact that BG actually targeted spiesr in the first place makes him look scummy. even if it was just a jailkeeping, why would he do that? is that his idea of protecting someone? i believe we already had a doctor AND a bodyguard still alive, wouldn't that be enough protection already? on top of that we have a claimed bulletproof townie, which wouldn't get targeted anyway, so basicly there was no reason to jailkeep anyone at all, because jailkeeping me would prevent me from watching, jailkeeping newguy would be redundant and jailkeeping the doctor (which is under bodyguard protection) is also quite redundant, and jailkeeping the bodyguard will endanger the doctor. jailkeeping the roleblocker (which is probably the only one under doctors protection) would also make no sense for that reason.

so i don't buy it. vote BG

even then, i'd like to hear PCM claim. if he's not mafia roleblocker, then what is he?
