Update Space

Postby P Gizzle on Thu Aug 24, 2006 4:08 pm

i heard on the news and on the internet that pluto is no longer a planet and that they added 3 more planets to the solar system. is there any truth to this? if so, should we update our map of space?

Pluto isn't anymore a planet and it has given (together with Ceres and Xena) the status of "Dwarf Planet", don't need to change the map, the map is okay.

If Libanon gets killed in a Middle East war, it aslo doen's need to be erased, foolish talk this is

Code: Select all
I think the space map missed a trick with all of the planets outside of the sol system. Other systems that could of been cool and easier to find would of been;
The Star Trek system; Vulcan, Klingon, (and other planet systems i don't know because im not a trekkie) - With DS9 as the inter spacestation.
The Star Wars system; Endor, Corinthiscan, Hoth etc. with the Death Star as the inter spacestation.

Also - will it now be re drawn since Pluto's demotion?

something i posted earlier today - in the 'Most hated map' thread

no pluto and the other three are dwarf planets.

I wouldn't really mind a new space map, because I really hate the one we have now.
