Sad thing for me is my opponent reinforced three times in the first game and then won much quicker than I could in the second game so I will lose--kind of unfair

I quit this tourney--I have too many games to try and keep track of special rules like two forts. I did not even pay attention and forted well over two times

Game 7209832 - 0-0 (game didn't finish before 10 rounds)
Game 7240671 - 3-0 noddy wins (game finished before 6 rounds)
Game 7250660 - 0-2 you win (game finished before 8 rounds)
Game 7256392 - 0-0 (game didn't finish before 10 rounds)

Final score = 3-2 to noddy. It will help to read the tournament rules before you post next time, which have been as such since the start of the tournament.

Are you just bitter that you were knocked out? I was part of another of DJ's tournaments and got knocked out eventually because someone in a completely different game (that I wasn't part of) deadbeated. The rules were clear from the start though so I have nothing against DJ who has stuck to his rules all the way through.

I guess I was bitter. My sincerest apologies DJ, guess I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. I fully accept the loss, and wish Noddy Nuts good luck in the finals and DJ Teflon the best of luck in his future tournaments. Once again DJ (and everyone who read this) I offer you my sincerest apologies. I'll delete the offending posts now.

No worries perchorin, apology accepted - quite a few players have found some of my complex-rules 1 v 1s troublesome.

I think I will simplify in future, although this series will remain complex to mimic real football as much as possible. I may review the 3 goals in a half business though - in real footie it would be down to skill but to win in less than 6 rounds in CC has to have some luck.

Thanks for explaining for me pander ;)
