14 players... Tonight ill make an update (no time right now)

Here is the question, do i stick to the original format (we redo the 14 games completely) or make 2 new games (which with 14 players would be 7 instead of 8 players)

i like the two games of seven. if its just two games then we can replay them until one wins in less rounds. close enough to the theme me thinks. if we redo all 14 games this tournament may not end for another 6 matches probably more.

I inned on the original format so you should carry on with the original format. There'll probably be a few people with no slots so...

Game 46 - Round 6 - Slasher966
Game 54 - Round 6 - bradlyg
Game 61 - Round 6 - 4red
Game 64 - Round 6 - scorpion86

thats 14 official players... *sigh* i didnt anticipate so many! two, or even 5 maybe, but 14? hmm... The problem with remaking all the games, high number of non-premium... BUT it is my duty as a tournament organizer to uphold my original format, to be fair to all those who did indeed sign up under those circumstances (as max is gr8 pointed out) if 1 player is unhappy with the change, then i cannot do it. I will remake all 14 games. Should players who were originally in the games not join, they will be filled with random 7th round winners

i would say, being the "finals" and keeping with the format , 2 seven player games sounds more format to me, and quicker results, 1st game to finish the fastest.

i only expected to play 1 game, not redo until a winner is found

for the more experianced players it would be like doubling up till ya finally won!!!

...............but im playin iether way :)

equally nate i don't think this is the best way of sorting it out. As you say in the title one shot, one kill. The others (who didn't win in the games where someone else won in 6 rounds) had their shot and they blew it by not winning in the shortest possible rounds. Whereas the 14 winners in the least rounds had their shot and took it. Now we just have to have a second first shot. 2 7-player games winner takes all if in the shortest round or a 1v1 to settle if both games finish in the same round.

I'm fine with pretty much either way. I'm still willing to play as long as I have a slot open and free for it :D

Up to now I also didn't get a PM.

My proposal for the new game would be that the other 7 persons would deadbeat and then I will win in 3 rounds.

DAMN this is really unfair........ if i knew this i would have helped my game winner to win FASTER so i would have another try... this makes no sense :S a lot of people who won will now have everyone against them and get eliminated first so they wont win again
