KYIV, Dec 26 (Reuters) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Monday that power shortages were persisting, with nearly nine million people remaining without electricity.

Zelenskiy said in his nightly video address that power workers repairing the grid after repeated Russian attacks had reconnected many people over Christmas but problems remained.

"Naturally, shortages persist. Blackouts are continuing," he said.

"The situation as of this evening in different regions of Ukraine is that nearly nine million people are without electricity. But the numbers and the length of the blackouts are gradually decreasing."

This conspiracy theory takes it a couple steps beyond a “normal” conspiracy theory.

Reality - Individual psychos or maybe small organized terrorism group targets two power stations.

Level One Conspiracy Theory - “It’s the Gov’t looking to distract us and make us afraid.”

Confed SS Level Theory - “It’s NOT the Gov’t… it’s the Global Elite. They want us all dead.”

Confed SS Extreme Level Theory - “Not only are there attacks on our Power Grid, but the Global Elite are also attacking our food supply.”

We, as a race, do and will have a problem with our food supply… but it’s not because “the Global Elites” are cutting it. It’s because there are over 7 billion mouths on this planet consuming food… and in the next 20 years there will probably be another 2 billion more. What’s the solution? If you ask people like SS, he’d say;
- Stop abortions here in the US and make women have babies they don’t want. (Can you say “more mouths”?)
- Let everyone here have guns so they can “defend” themselves.
- Build a wall around the country so we can keep our food here and keep all the dirty brown mouths out!

This “strategy” may work for a couple decades, if you’re willing to authorize our soldiers to shoot anyone who approaches our borders on site.

It won’t work into perpetuity… we don’t have ALL the natural resources we need within our own borders… and you can’t defend a border like that indefinitely.

I don’t understand your first “paragraph”.

Yes there are super rush people who have undue influence… but they aren’t all in some secret club planning everything. They all use their excess ‘power’ for their own benefit… and those people don’t always agree, there are crazy rosy libs and crazy rich conservatives. Sometimes they have overlapping interests and sometimes conflicting interests. Their interests can also overlap or contradict with the ‘normies’.
