Three members of a Grammy winning Atlanta gospel group, The Nelons, have died in a fatal plane crash near Gillette, Wyoming, on Friday.

The beloved gospel music family were on their way to the Gaither Homecoming Cruise in Alaska.

Guess they didn't religion hard enough. How ironic.

I'm "not showing reverence" to hypocritical bible thumpers that can't keep their beliefs to themselves....

Very sad for any family to lose loved ones, but that's EVERYWHERE, EVERY DAY.

Oh, and I don't hop.

But the maddest I've ever been here in 18 years was when one made fun of my tragically dying, beautiful mother. But I got that waste of skin banned. You may have read about it.

The Christian Nationalist are ramming their religion down our throats. We live in a secular country, unlike Iran, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and other countries. Christian Nationalists are becoming like the Taliban, keeping women pregnant and subservient to man.

Your thoughts and prayers do nothing. Yes, I'm an atheist and don't want your thoughts and prays, if something bad happens to family, friends and neighbors.

What makes you think that they were hypocritical or that they were Bible thumpers? What do you mean by "couldn't keep their beliefs to themselves"? Isn't that what forums are for, to share your beliefs with others like you did in this thread?

I apologize; what I meant was people that take religious teachings literally (as opposed to a spiritual guide / personal faith support, as it's MEANT to be) and post / spew / force down our throats their literal interpretations, blindly, endlessly, ridiculously, etc.....

We have one or two here.
