In an open letter, 125 retired flag officers have questioned the competence and fitness of Sleepy Joe.

The mental and physical condition of the Commander in Chief cannot be ignored. He must be able to quickly make accurate national security decisions involving life and limb anywhere, day or night. Recent Democrat leadership’s inquiries about nuclear code procedures sends a dangerous national security signal to nuclear armed adversaries, raising the question about who is in charge. We must always have an unquestionable chain of command.

I am confused as to when was this letter written. What was the date it was written?

This line in the second paragraph, "During the 2020 election an “Open Letter from Senior Military Leaders” was signed by 317 retired
Generals and Admirals," leads me to believe it was written before the Nov. 3 presidential election.

This from the third paragraph. " Additionally, the “Rule of Law” must be enforced in our election
processes to ensure integrity. The FBI and Supreme Court must act swiftly when election irregularities
are surfaced and not ignore them as was done in 2020." This line makes me think it was written after many of the lawsuits were heard in court.

The third paragraph mentions actions taken by the current administration.

How can the letter sent during the election contain comments about things that took place after the election?
