As the attachment shows, this player contacted me via PM in an effort to set up a ceasefire. I explained how that was against the rules and in his defense, all further communication with me was done via in-game chat. Given it occurred at least this one time, though, I thought it might be worth mentioning if you are able to check and see if there are other instances.
