RECESS - grade school's free for all

Recess

I thought of a different kind of map for RISK and it is based on recess at grade school. All of us who are older that that have strong emotional ties to grade school recess, some are good feeling some are bad. Chances are there have been some that still affect the way we work in relationships today. We are a product of what we have experienced. I experienced some crazy crap on the playground. Anyway, blah, blah, blah.

The areas: The Bully – can reach all areas on recess but can also be attacked from one point on each area, except the loner of course. Bully’s belt can reach King.
King of the mountain – the King spot must be occupied at the start by a neutral player. When you are king you get bonus armies but are a big target, the whole mountain receives more. The King can also reach hopscotch 1 and the Bully’s Belt.
Foursquare – simple, eight squares, good bonus, can reach directly to KING spot from square 1. Also reaches mountain and Bully left arm.
Playground – Easier to defend, yields decent bonus. Includes slide, merry-go-round one two three and four, and teeter-totter. Reaches mountain, Bully right arm and boy 3.
Girl Chasing Boys – four-section area, easiest to conquer, everyone loved to be chased. Includes Girl, boy one two and three.
Loner – A big bonus for one section, but you cannot attack from here, everyone knows a loner wasn’t out to take over. It starts neutral and anywhere can attack it and fortify to it. Can you claim it and hold it from the start or will there be several rounds fighting over it?

I thought of this because all my 3 kids are in grade school and so much happens at recess. The good bad and ugly come from this time of free for all. I totally understand if this seems like a retarded idea or whatever. I made the map based on how the areas were connected, number of sections and areas etc. It matches up with the best maps as far as I can see and has some new ideas as far as the loner and King of the mountain are concerned. I would love to play it and don’t mind if everything is redrawn, edited or whatever. I claim to have come up with the idea and map layout and from here just hope it is worth trying out. I think it would be cool to play on a map that is more that just a map.
Anyway, here it is.
Oh yea, I do realize how lame the artwork is, that is part of the point, open to new artwork, more cartoon-ish or whatever.

I have the map in a bmp. or jpg. I do not know how to post it on the web without signing up for some goofy picture website that everyone would have to sign up to to see. What do I do to get my map from me to you?????????????? I p[ut it on my Avatar just to see if it would be big enough to see. Pardon my ignorance, the map will give better perspective if I can post it big enough to see. Thanks

looking at your avatar it seems the map is made in paint. please use another image creating software if you really want to create a map.

It is hand drawn with an ink pen and then scanned in.

Have no other software.

I understand.
