yeah, not really wanting to pay for a graphics person, really I just want to get some experience coding, If anyone needs a map coded I will be willing to do it

and my original purpose of this thread was to have a list of who would be willing to code, or who would be willing to make graphics
(my thought was that the "mapmaker"(graphics person) would team-up with the coder at the beginning of the map process instead of the end)

at least i had a warm welcome into the foundry

There are duos out there. gimil and yeti_c are doing graphics/coding for Conquer 4. WidowMakers and yeti_c are graphics/coding for Maze Craze. Then again, yeti_c gets around when it comes to coding, he's an XML guru if ever there was.

its not the dollar store. Its the 99 cents plus 1 cent store


actually the $1 gets you crappy graphix, for 3 installments of $333 each, ill get you a good map, and then buy adobe photoshop cs3 extended
