Other: Deliberately missing a turn to gain an advantage by getting 'missed turn' armies next turn.
I've seen a few people do this and it bugs me. They usually move immediately after the missed turn and you have played your turn. They are acting like lurkers on fruit machines.
Comments: Maybe a fairer idea should be put in place. i.e. Half armies allocated for a missed turn. That should stop this.
What is the game number? is the player you are accusing named Various?
That strategy is not cheating. Just frustrating. I have had it done to me a few times, so i avoid small map sunny games with round limits. those sort of maps tempt players to do that more than large maps.
with no rule violated I am closing this. Missing a turn does not give a player double troops next round. Deferred troops are deployed at the end of the next turn, so effectively not for 2 rounds.
