You need to change this man--make it bracket style or highest plays lowest remaining seed--something where match ups cannot be influenced by the tourney organizer/participant--If you do I would love to join, but if not I have not interest in joining.

I can give you the lowest seed if you would like. I am not changing this tho as it protects me from people complaining... if you don't like the set up then don't join, tons of tourneys out there.

I don't get it, sure round 1 might be a breeze for anyone, but once you get into Round 3 and the final, its def not a walk in the park... You made it to the final twice in #1 & #2... if you won both instead of me winning them, would you still be complaining?

I have to agree with this, just doesn't seem right to run a tournament like this. In response to your reply, how does it protect you from people complaining???

It's not that I think he would manipulate the bracket, it's more just me wanting to know why he does it like that. Just turns people off and for no real reason that I can tell.
I could say its random and just pick it myself like so many do if that satisfies... i usually just go down the list, 1 plays 2... 3 plays 4.... 5 plays 6 and so on.... saves time, i use to use random.org back in the day during my first 20 tournaments i ran, but after a while it gets old, and the best players will play eachother sooner or later anyways. This will not change unless it is against the rules... i am not afraid of people not joining, if people like the settings they join, if not, go find another tourney.. geez.
