Why must it be a punishment? it is not - it is just a new wrinkle in a good game - can you eliminate the deadbeats before the real player, or do you need to take him out and lose those other points. Stratigy - thinking very hard to do the best move at that time
I would like to see a dice recorder. I am sure it could be done by stocksr with a nice little script.
A dice recorder would be neat. Unfortunately the dice results are not currently recorded in the game log which is where the greasemonkey scripts get almost all of their ...
I dont think that the dice are from Random.org. i just sat there for 5 minutes pressing roll on a 5 dice generator. And not once did the last 2 dice roll double 6's more than once in a row.
i just had a 10 vs 3 where twice in a row all 5 dice were ones...........that means i lost 4 but still its ...
I don't think you have to do anything in particular with your account while you are deployed. Assuming you will not be able to take your turns during your deployment, I would not start any new games and let my current games finish. Your account will remain active while you are away, although you may ...
In another thread someone brought up the idea that deadbeats should lose points when they deadbeat a terminator game (perhaps using the last player alive's score to determine the loss). The idea made sense to me. He further wanted the deadbeat's points to go to the last player alive, which I'm not ...
How come in a terminator game, if someone dead beats and does not get eliminated the winner does not get their points
For example in game #445877 i eliminated hotspur and he was the last one left, but i had not eliminated any of the dead beats. How come i dont get their points. Take a look at that ...
hey can anyone tell me please is Cuba a part of the central america bonus on map: world 2.1?
thanks Clive
BOB, the stocksr greasemonkey script which you can download from the Utilities and Plugins thread in the General Discussion forum would allow you to answer this question from within the ...
First, don't apologize for asking a question. People who complain about questions will do so regardless of whether you apologize or not. So don't, it's just a sign of weakness.
In a partner game you can deploy on your countries and your partner's countries. When you deploy on your partner's ...
No, don't think that works. Feedback is allowed if and only if you have completed a game together. Putting someone on your ignore-list mid-game I believe eliminates his postings from the game chat in your view. It has no effect on whether feedback is ...
Indirectly it prevents them leaving feedback for you going forward because having them on your ignore-list will prevent them from joining your games and completing a game together is a prerequisite for leaving feedback.
i use stocksrs script and have done since about 3 days after it came out, and have updated a few times, however i am completely lost as to whether i have the newest version or whether it updates or what. could someone please explain to me what i need to do?
The script isn't working. I've had it installed for a while now, but it just disappeared. It's not on my list of installed scripts and when I try to reinstall it, it says it's already installed.
Most of the time you can just visualize it, but in some of the larger maps. like World 2.1, it would be nice to see which territories you have in which area.
maybe it is there and I am just missing it
Sounds like you could benefit from BOB (aka stocksr's) greasemonkey script you can obtain ...
i just realised a BIG BIG GLITCH with this thing since lack introduced the new rule where if someone deadbeats in a team, the troops and cards will be given to the next guy. but this isnt counted in the script, and it becomes inaccurate will somebody fix this?
This is probably not helpful but putting it in the terms of a pack: As i understand it from the posts; the cards work as if the pack was shuffled before any card is dealt and each time the card colour is determined at random. Does this not distort the spread of colours?
8 is the threshold number guaranteeing you will be able to cash in two sets, just as 5 is the threshold number guaranteeing you will be able to cash in one set.
Your odds of having two sets to cash in with 7 cards is the same as your odds of having a single set to cash in with 4 cards; namely 77%.
Ok, having thought about it a little more here's what I think happened:
You were right bro, stocksr seems to be getting the number of cards held by player by parsing the information contained in the player roster to the right of the map.
Well, the game being over is a problem for looking for the glitch.
Not necessarily. Let's say for the sake of argument it's not a BOB problem. Remember BOB relies on its inputs from parsing the game log. What if when the game log is looked at there's some problem with the accounting for red's ...
