ok, once and for all: the dice are RANDOMIZED, if they "suck" for a few turns, then sooner or later they will work in your favor. there is no need to complain or feel happy, because sooner or later you will feel the opposite.
I think having something like that is a pretty cool idea, but I see Marv's point about the unfairness of it. Maybe you could split it into the twin cites Ankh and Morpork. That way you could have the bonus but it might not neccesarily be given to the player who had the best luck starting. Do you ...
I'm sorry if this topic has been discussed on another thread, i have not been able to find it if that is the case. In several of my sequential games that i have started the order appears to be random. I know this was a possibility that people brought up but i was unaware that it had been put into ...
Here is my 2 cents on why I think we should use the 1999 rule set. If you use the 1975 rules and are playing an escalating card value and a person can cash in 2 sets of cards back to back that person is going to have an extremly high amount of armies to use and will most likely win the game.

that's the dumbest thing ever. of course it doesn't annoy those people, but if they are going to lose, why do they have to be an ass about it and not end the turn? to be spiteful? if so that is very very lame
I know we have already talked a lot about deadbeats and whether or not those of us who stay in should be able to get point from them and that the general concensus is that we shouldn't because we didnt do anything to beat them. Well i am sick of people joining games and then not doing anything else ...
yeah, ive thought they might be doubles too since they always play together. but the tims stamps on their movements show they most likely are not the same person
