Felt bad for speisr...everyone kept going for him. I've enjoyed this little game, but it would be nice if you could think up perhaps a better way to decide the game when it gets to 2 people. Perhaps say the final two have to type out a sequence of plus and minus (of whatever number you determine)... " --+-+++-+" One person chooses 'odds', another chooses 'evens'...and the person who chose evens gets points for every time there is a double in the sequence, and the person who chose odd gets a point for every time it is different.
So User 1 would get 3 points for the first position, fifth, and ninth.
User 2 would get 6 points for second, third, fourth, sixth, seventh, eighth.
Maybe it would make the end of the game go quicker, along with make it a little more fun to try to dupe your opponent. Perhaps have 3 or 5 or 7 rounds of that. Just an idea to make the end a little more exciting!

Well the way I originally played it, anyone could vote the entire game, even if your name wasn't on the list. So instead of being a real strategy game it was more of a "keep your favorites alive" game with a bit of strategy involved. I guess this ending kind of replicated that feel because I didn't know how else to end it with two players while sticking with the feel of the rest of the game.
I intend to create another some time though (hence the #1 in the title) so I'll make sure there is a different way to end it then.
Yeah, good suggestion P, because I was basically thinking this seemed a lot like survivor (narrow it down to two people and then the tribe decides)
ANNOUNCEMENT
Alright, so forget about the points spiesr and I have. If you were one of the players eliminated in this game you will simply cast a single vote for the winner.
I also think we need a Jeff Probst (the host of survivor) to collect the ballots and determine the winner. Would anyone like to volunteer to collect the PM's? (I don't feel I should do it since I would just rig it )
I checked earlier and dussle still hadn't opened the message. Now all have been opened so assuming everyone sent their message out after reading it, it won't be long until the final tribal ceremony
Alright, let's give them through Monday night to respond since it is Thanksgiving weekend and all. If they don't reply by then we will just go with the current voters since that is still an odd number of votes.

Children, this is what happens to hockey players, druggies, and Hillary Clinton.
