The circles (the pizza tables) were one of the suggestions made. Scroll up the thread.
We have taken away many slices, which was a good suggestion.
We tried the perspective thing (another suggestion) which doesn't work and I think we'll scrap it.
Our intention is that the slices will only attack to the left and the right, not across. We're trying to find away to make that clearer without covering the things with attack lines.
Keep in mind guys, this is a map designed by an 8-year-old (sensfan) with his dad's (captaincanuck) help and is for younger gamers on Conquer Club. It isn't intended to be photo realistic. It isn't intended to represent a historical battle.
It's intended to be cheesy and fun!

I think that the pizza tables are a great way to accomplish this! It keeps with the theme as well.captaincanuck wrote:Our intention is that the slices will only attack to the left and the right, not across. I'm not entirely won over on that idea. But I see what you're saying about the slices only having a single border. They may have to play it and see.Androidz wrote:Makeing it the slices attack only the ones left & Righs slices and the one straight forward is the best option.
GOOD idea!Juan_Bottom wrote: Have you two mapmakers tried printing this map out and testing it yet? It helps to play the maps with your Risk game pieces. Then you can doodle on the map too, and try new things.

I think i should tell you why i think that is the best option.Juan_Bottom wrote:I'm not entirely won over on that idea. But I see what you're saying about the slices only having a single border. They may have to play it and see.
Oh yeah! Huh! HahaaAndroidz wrote:3. It just seem "right"
Thanks. I believe that you'll find that I'm quit awesome.sensfan wrote:GOOD idea!Juan_Bottom wrote: Have you two mapmakers tried printing this map out and testing it yet? It helps to play the maps with your Risk game pieces. Then you can doodle on the map too, and try new things.
I'm all for making cute maps (I like the look of Duck and Cover and Doodle Earth), but this idea just feels bad. There are hundreds of ideas out there...that would be more interesting than Pizza.sensfan wrote:The reason why i love this map is because it looks real cute.
I usaully play on cute maps (No offence on the other non-cute interesting maps)
like doodle earth, arctic, crossword, duck and cover.
We could be dropping the perspective but that's just an idea.
But should we drop the perspective?
Please tell us if you like the perspective.
Just make it a banana pizza and Andy will push your map straight to a quench.AndyDufresne wrote:I'm all for making cute maps (I like the look of Duck and Cover and Doodle Earth), but this idea just feels bad.
