I don't see any obvious flaws with this plan. Thoughts?
I somewhat agree. It is much better to lose a day now than with less people. Much, much better. But that's assuming that skittles! will eventually die (all this depends on him telling the truth however which I do not believe). For those of you who believe his claim, I think it's a matter of take a chance and not lynch him when there's a possibility of him losing the game for us later on or lynching him now when it's relatively safe even though he might not be killed later. Sure, 2 will die in a row now but we have townies to spare. Also, to add to PCM's thought, it seems like scum do not know who the god faction members are. If both Athena and Ares have recruited all three nights, that's six non-town targets for scum already. Plus any other third party members. Plus I see no dead docs or roleblockers. People make it sound like scum will definitely hit town twice if skittles! is lynched, when that is incredibly far from the case. Also if we have a vig rummaging about, I'd suggest that you only kill once unless you're 99% sure you know 2 scums. his is to make the kil count even less.
So in light of PCM's post I'm going to shift over to the lynch skittles! side. First I believe he's lying. Second it is much safer to let him die now than later.
vote skittles!
I do in fact believe he slipped up and the evidence is against him unvote vote skittles

My only thought is that you are wrong.

Look anark, the reason we're killing off skittles now is because we either A. get a anti town role killed, or B. get the beloved princess killed off early so it cant be a danger closer to endgame.

Well, that's great. Good for you guys. I disagree with it, and think there are better people to go after.
I'll have no part of it.

Look on the bright side AD: After Skittles is lynched and he turns out to be pro-Town, all of us who haven't lynched a Princess by following Ace will get to zing those other wet-ends for YEARS.
My vote stays on Ace. He's acting just like he acted in Godfather. Since this time he's not MY Scum, I want him to be a lynched Scum.

Right on, bro...
While I would prefer to see William lynched, I'll go ahead and side with you in an effort to actually have something come of this.
Unvote Vote: Ace1217

I agree with all of this page (or at least most) so far. There's a 50-50 shot at him lying/ telling the truth. If we lynch him while he tells the truth, were screwed. If we choose someone else, we may get a scum, or possibly Jack The ripper, or some other unkown parafanaila (?), I'm all for a lynch, role wise, but I'm not all for a lynch on a claimed beloved princess. I'd rather lynch someone who has voted skittles AFTER he claimed, becasue to me, there most liekly to be scum, why not waste a lynch for the town? They'd say.
Mandalorian is right to. Ace is acting strange, yes ace, your role is an actor, but it's useless if you vote the wrong person. You could lynch a townie, and that's bad.

Do explain why I am wrong. The only thing pointing against his lynch is his own word, which is never to be trusted fully. I don't even trust cops half the time. If he's telling the truth, lynch him now so that the scum don't have a weapon later. If he's lying, there's one threat gone. Do tell, what could be so flawed about a plan that could keep us out of a humiliating loss?
So not lynching Skittles now would altogether prevent that? No, it would just put it off until later, at the whim of whoever does the killing, and that's the last thing we need. Bu maybe that's just me.
I'm sticking to my guns and here's why: the benefit of having however many people free from third-party obligations is worth the risk of losing a day. Worst case scenario: a few more townies die. Not good, but don't forget all of our docs and cops and everything else get two actions out of it. Like PCM said, waiting will only give scum control of the situation, and it won't bar him from being killed. And if we're right, think of all the GG people who won't be killed because the conflict is over.
But then again, the guy is probably going to get iced tonight anyway, save any intervention. Still, I'd rather see us lose another townie now when we have a crapton of people, than down the line when we need every one we've got.

At this point we have em all and that more than makes up for the mere possibility that 2 town will be killed (at this point with the recruiters and not too many dead third party a cross-kill or otherwise non-town death has at least as much chance of happening as a town death)

Well only the Investigators getting two shots really have anything of significance. Docs can save the wrong people, even scum and the roleblockers can block the docs or investigators accidentally. Twice.
