What's most important in a teammate on CC?

I don't like to talk and look for some1 that has common sense.The most overall thing is % Turn taking.You should be able to look at a map and see the best overall move for the team.I much prefer taking random teammates.Everyone creates their own games and usually a bunch of noobs join anyways.

I look at their turn % taken and how other players have rated thier team play...can get more points with a solid cook as your mate as opposed to a sloppy colonel.

if the player is good then he wouldnt be a cook and if he was sloppy then he wouldnt be a colonel

obviously lower ranks will gain you more points but i still prefer playing with higher ranks because they are way more determined to win

You logic is flawed. Just because someone managed to make it up to a hat (colonel) does not make them good at team games. I have played with many ranks, and some that are higher ranks, are just not up to par, while some lower ranks make better plays.

then why dont those low ranks rise in rank if they are so good?

the fact remains that high ranks are normally more determined to win then low ranks

I know cooks who can play team games better than some colonels. Rare, but a few. Some of these low rankers are addicted to maps like doodle earth. Assassins games can really cost ya on that map.

the reason its a team game is to play together. If all they do is just what they want you'll lose while playing with them.

I like teaming with mates you can represent with and not have to say a single word. A lot of times, good team players will join and we can coordinate a win without communication. That's when you know they know what the f*ck they are doing

Second most important thing to look for in a teammate is them having the mentality that they hate losing. When a person hates losing they will do everything necessary to not let that happen, they're the type of people you want in competitive situations.
