Comments I am light blue. Note: I have 3 spoils to trade in when I want it.
Ok. So now the weakest players are Blue (21 Troops in 6 regions) and Yellow (17 troops in 8 regions). I'm probably the 3rd weakest with 23 troops in 11 regions). Unfortunately Blue and Yellow both have a territory in NA, where I have none. Yellow is also receiving 5 troops per turn because of Oceania.
Anyway, my easy cards are at A11 and A10. Everywhere else has 3 or more troops to deal with.
Not really sure what my plan for this round is. I'm thinking maybe deploy 3 in A8. Attack A11 but leave troops in A8. Then fortify whatever is left from A8 to A5.

Comments I am light blue. This round red, green and yellow all attacked me, so I don't think they like me very much. Blue is probably my weakest oponent and he is completely in NA, so I believe that my next turn should take me into NA.
Deploy 3 in A12 and attack N1. Move all troops into N1. I am a little worried about green in N5 with 14 troops. But I think he will most likely want to go after blue to take his cards. If not, blue might have a trade-in and the tides may turn.

Cards to turn in:S1, F3, E6
Comments I am light blue. Ok, here we go. I think I only have 1 choice: trade in my spoils and go after red, who has 5 spoils in hand. Otherwise I think I'll probably be taken out of this game soon.
Strategy: 18 troops to deploy. Deploy 5 in N1, 13 in A1. Attack N1 to A12 to A11 to A8. If needed, I can also attack A8 from A5. Next attack E6 from A1, A6 from A1, then F3 (move troops) and finally F6 -- leaving all remaining troops in F3.
If successful I trade in his cards and fortify evenly at F3, N1 and A5... does that sound about right? Maybe a couple in A5 as well to have access to both sides of NA?
Go after red. Put 4 on N1 and fight your way down. put 1 on e2 for insurance against reds 3 by going through yeloows 1. Put 4 on A5..once again for insurance and to pick up slack if your N1 run falls short. The rest on A1. This will be close. I usually play all or nothing. If you win you will reap the rewards if you lose..well nice try.
Why did I split it up like this? In a case like this every ermy will count. Put that 5 in europe to good use. The same with those 3 in A5. You can use those to finish off N1a run or to take out the 3.
The best strategies can fall to the dice so good luck.
If sucessfull and you cash end turn and fort/ place armies on N1, A1 and e5 as your bases.
alright!!! 27 more points. It got a little scary at the end there, but it all worked out. I wasn't paying attention and accidentally deployed troops on A2 at the end there... silly mistake, but I think it all worked out.
well done jello00 - 47 points so far - there's no way you'll lose more than that IF you get taken out. I love it when it gets to that point when I know I'm in + points whatever happens

Cards to turn in:O4, N7,E7
Comments I am light blue. Wow... I think Yellow really wants me to win. So this round I will take out green. I don't have a trade in yet, but I will one I take out green. Strategy: put all troops in N1, attack N5, N4, N6, N7. Trade in for 30 troops.
Now what? Yellow only has 1 spoil, so I don't have to worry to much about retaliation. Should I go all out and try to take him out this turn? I can deploy 8 troops in E4 and take out E1, N3, N2 and then deploy the rest in N7 and snake my way through NA to SA, to AF, to EU to AS and then to OC.
Yes? No? Worst case scenario I don't kill him, he gets 3 troops and then it's my turn again. I may even have a trade in next round. If not, I'm more likely to get a trade in before he does.
OK, good plan. You probably don't have enough to take yellow, but you can box him into the Qs and reinforce around that. Make sure you don't block yourself out though. Then you have a real good chance at finishing him off next round.
