Just got to post, I'm playing an RT, anyway, it seems that Mach would be the 1st to go because of all that he did last game, so I argee that the people the watched Auto's last game might be the mafia.

Howdy guys, I tend to agree with MB on this one. I don't think Autoload would let our excitedness rush the game if those 3 had night choices yet to take. And although Auto posted that they had confirmed pregame, he did same they confirmed by "daybreak." Which doesn't contradict MB's theory.

My only worry, can there be a mafia role that doesn't get a night choice? Maybe an unlocked traitor or something of that sort?

Reading the posts here, I'm going to assume that Mach is quite the experienced player. That, or he just got lucky.

If I had to make a guess, the mafia may want to go after someone who is experienced to give themselves a better chance at winning the game later. Going with that, I would assume that the mafia contains some experienced players. At least one or perhaps two.

i actually didnt watch that one, but this is what concerns me.....

auto's games are usually played by the same people who play in Andy's games+guys like me who are too stupid to get into Andy's games.....

therefore, we have a lot of rivalries and grudges, etc. we need to watch who gets killed for a pattern, and if that person died, watch what he said before hand, that way we will probably know why he is dead.

Ex.

A said B was mafia
mafia killed A
B is probably mafia.....

good point Ny! There can be a sympathizer, a pro-mafia role that helps the mafia. The sympathizer knows who are the mafia are, but the mafia don't know about the sympathizer.

I hate first days!
It's confusing enough as it is, and now with the "unknown" role - it gets even weirder. No clues whatsoever at this point. I tend to agree with wicked though.. this is probably based on Mac's very last game, not on the game which he screwed up.

For the record, the last game, I was not mafia. I was the serial killer.

could there be more than 1 mafia group? is that possible?

it could be that maybe there are more mafia than townies. could this game work that way??

now, this could lead to many suspects, but we NEED to narrow it down

Actually, aside from awesome - that's possible.. with 18 people, there must be more than the usual 3 mafias. 2 groups of 3 would be a way of achieving this..

I don't know if a game with just serial killers is possible (I suppose it could be), but two mafia groups does sound likely.

Now we just have to figure out how many mafia members there are. I believe 3 is average. Going off of that, I'd say 6 total mafia members (3 per group)

?? This is stupid. the townies in last game had eyes too! and they saw Mach's game too! And they would be equally inclined to get him out too.

based on that logic (and I am using that term VERY loosely), then we should FOS everyone!
