Per CC Policy, Admins have zero people on our Foe Lists. However, even if it wasn't the policy, I don't think I've come across any users that I would feel the need to put on my list.

I fully agree.
What better way to utilize a perfectly legal site feature than to use it to help you rank up!?
It's better to get beat down by better players and at least learn from them then put them on your foe list you pansy. Playing cooks in team games is also an inefficient and limited way of gaining points. Freestyle is better for that.

It's much better to play team games against said players than to constantly play high-ranked players (of whom I already have the unique defeats), to get medals.
Don't assume I'm trying to avoid them because of fear - it's just wasted time to play the same high-rankers more than once!

You foed me and you don't have a unique for me so there goes that theory. I was cruising around the public team games waiting for opponents looking for the biggest high ranking noobs I could find and so naturally I tried to join one of your games but sadly I was already foed .
but I am getting on quite a few after trying out single player games. It seems it is fairly standard to foe people that beat you or join your two player games more than once.
I don't think I have gotten foed after loosing to someone though, which happens a lot

That is 100% true. For me, that's more than a legitimate excuse to utilize this site feature.
Why waste time playing the same people that you've already beaten if you're going for medals?
i erased all of my foes after i got all of my medals. i was up to a couple hundred foed people.
i bet i am on at least 75 peoples foe lists, and that is down from last year.
At one point you had me foed... Forgot why... anyhow... I have less than 10 people on my list. For various reasons.
P.S. to those medal hunting most of you are playing enough games not to need to foe people. You will get your UD's in time, just not as quick as if you foe people. So what if you get Gold quads this week or 4 weeks from now.

The fact that premium membership expires tends to play a role.
