Thanks everyone for a terrific season! The playoffs are now beginning!
First, a very special thanks to Ball, chopsiu, coacheberhardt, revlisd, shaggybb, and slickstick for playing. You all just came up short. Especially thanks to chopsiu, who had to fill in for a deadbeat player late in the season, without any hope of making the playoffs. Thanks for playing, all of you!

Eight players have earned first-round byes. They are amazzony, DBandit70, Fipa, Hath, HighlanderAttack, jerry1111, plash.ricrem, and Tripitaka. They will play the winners of the Wildcard Round.

These are best of seven series. I'll be sending out the first four games, then following up with the next ones as necessary. Games will likely be made tomorrow. Good luck to those of you who remain!

Fipa (Cleveland) has gone freemium and has left the site, which is one of the reasons for the delay in this tourney - me trying to figure out the best way to replace him, and me being extremely lazy.

So what I came up with was to take the player who lasted the longest in the first round before being eliminated, from the same conference as Fipa, and put him down as the lowest ranked player, and bump everyone else up a spot. As such, RedBaron0 is now back in after being eliminated by Krueger. Hope there are no complaints, and if there are... well, tell an admin!
