The Fourth Reich is, or can be taken us a direct reference to a revival of the third reich. The modern German State does not refer to itself as the Fourth Reich (or indeed the Fifth Reich) though it could be argued that it should do so.

I find it offensive but from what I have seen from the mods they tend not to make
