Inflation Information

So it's been two years. There should be some pretty solid evidence for or against point inflation and its effects by now. What do you guys think?

Stuff like the removal of the defacto double turn rule in freestyle and the new farming rules/restrictions on new recruits joining certain settings has helped reduce inflation.

That reduces the scores at the very tippy top for sure, but all of our scores are constantly inflating because of new players joining and leaving. I don't have much interest in detailed investigation though - Robinette's graph looks pretty accurate!!

as far as the scores, they seem to be steadily dropping, at least for the players in the top few hundred. I don't know, just seems like many top players are losing more points than general. Was there a change in the scoring system that we are unaware of? If you look at the scoreboard now compared to a year ago, there is a big difference.
