I doubt that this would be implemented as there are some times when a player misses a turn for legitimate reasons. However if you want to start a new suggestion thread, please do so following the correct procedure, and we'll see how it goes. Sure, there are legitimate reasons for missing a turn. And that suggestion wouldn't harm that other player at all.
