Conquer Club members are initially given a score of 1000. At the end of each game, the winner takes points away from each loser. The points to be awarded is calculated as (loser's score / winner's score) * 20, up to a maximum of 100 points from each opponent.

You became cook when you dropped below 800 points, you became cadet again when your rating went above 800. Your standing in the scoreboard is updated once every hour or so.

Right now you have a nice surplus over 800 so getting a cook again is going to take some work
But yes, you had a string of lost games so you got under 800. And that was followed by a few wins that quickly brought you over 800. Overall you are gaining about 22 points per game and losing 13, however you loose quite a bit of game, so it balances out
