Comments: Seemed pretty normal until I took big chunk out of EW (rnd 10 maybe) and fortified my remaining back to Siam, then HMB cashes in set and sets about to destroy me in Indonesia. HMB had most of his interests in North America, I found it particulary strange d/t the fact he could have easily taken out EW in South America (had 3 armies each on Venezuela and Brazil) and prob. gained control of North America and held both of them. Maybe even take out EW. But no, he chooses to wipe me out in Indo. and couldnt hold it a round. Wasting resources fooling around with it ,letting red get entire other side of map. THEN, after I'm eliminated ,HMB just rolls over and lets EW win. All in the game log. If I'm wrong ,my apologies for wasting your time, but I'm getting sick of this stuff happening. Way too often. Thanks P.S. note times moves were made at end of game.

Seems like the are cheating to me, but everyone cheats on here if you look at all the complaints ....

But if you look at the timeline of play, i would say this is the worst cheater ever.

What exactly does that mean? Complete exoneration? How is that determined?

It means that they aren't the same person, and since they weren't cheating they can continue playing.
