Their behaviour in this game Game 10763747 was suspect, basically rarely attacking each other, and when they did attack if was completely harmless.
I mentioned about some comments on the wall of Hairypied that seemed incriminating. He then deleted his wall comments. Unfortunately I only got a screencap of 1 page:

glad to see the plaintiff man-up and take his blowhard charge to the forum. This all began in the game today that didn't go his way. Now he sees a conspiracy.

I will readily admit to playing multiple games with Hairypied - huge number in fact....6. Although I believe there are hundreds more I have played multiple games with who seem to go unnoticed by the venerable author.

Glad to see the plaintiff has a spine. He sure didn't demonstrate it during our spirited game.

Quit baiting and offer some supporting evidence rather than inflammatory remarks. It doesn't do much to vindicate you.

I checked the games and must admit that it is quite odd that both players always manage to secure the objective on the map if they win.

i hate to say it but that says it all it is a diplomatic discussion about him playing or not so should of been in game chat.. but this comment needs to be paired off with a game. see if he was deadbeating
