So can 2 pple play at the same time in freestyle? If not it just happened to me and am a little pissed about it as it just cost me my game? Or is it the way it is supposed to be? any answer would be appreciated
all players may play at the same time, its been that way since the start!
If you dont like the way its played, stick to Sequential (means everyone plays one after another)

Exactly what you'd expect- the numbers start dwindling much quicker than normal.
And whoever sends the command first actually has the action take place. Often when people are playing at the same time you will try to deploy to a country but the person conquers it before you can get send your men and you'll get an illegal deployment message. It all works properly, it can just be tough to plan your moves a few seconds ahead while the board is always changing. Most players on here dislike freestyle it seems, but to each his own. I think its the most fun way to play, even if its more stressful and requires you to be at your computer more.

I've had moments when I didn't get the illegal deployment message
In heaven... Everything is fine, in heaven... Everything is fine, in heaven... Everything is fine... You got your things, and I've got mine.

Thats just when you deploy and ur armies happen to be taken out before u get to send orders to them. Unless of course you are talking about a bug where your armies simply disappear which I have never had happen to me and I'm not even sure such a bug exists.
