CL5-Instructions for Round 15 and Round 16

Hi, teething issues should finally be sorted, so this is a reminder of how Rounds should be enacted moving forward:


Clan's assigned representative must create games for Round 15 and 16, by CC date: Sunday 8 september - Specific Dates (italics) will change as according to game schedule

1. Send PM with home games (maps,settings,players) to Competition Director responsible for that division
2. Post home games(maps,settings,players) in the divisional thread.
3. Invite players to all home games
4. Send PM of the games to the opposing team contact

This should be done by 23:00 CC Time on Sunday Evening 8 september .

If by 23:00 Monday Evening CC Time 9 september, this has not been done, the representative and their 2nd Contact will be warned by the Division Director that they have only 24 hours left to create the games & invite players.


If by 23:00 Tuesday Evening CC Time 10 september, this has still not been done then the Division Director will create 8 Random Map, Sunny, Escalating, Chained games and invite random players from the offending clan (using the player list of 10 given at the start of the CL5 campaign).

By 23:00 CC Time on Wednesday 11 september, the away clan should:

1. Send a PM with the chosen players to the Competition Director responsible for that division
2. Post away player list in the divisional thread
3. Invite all away players

If by 23:00 Thursday Evening CC Time 12 september , this has not been done, the representative and their 2nd Contact will be warned by the Division Director that they have only 24 hours left to invite players.

If by 23:00 Friday Evening CC Time 13 september , this has still not been done then the Division Director will invite random players from the offending clan (using the player list of 10 given at the start of the CL5 campaign).

NB. These date deadlines for the Away team will be pushed depending on when Home teams requirements are met. ie if all games are made on 23:00 Monday by Home Team, then Away team has until 23:00 Thursday 12 september to fill etc after which warnings will be sent etc
Therefore, Friday 13 september is the latest date for which that Rounds games are to ever be filled

If a clan repeats a map in the League stage and the Director fails to realise this before the game starts then the game will not be repeated.


There can be no delays beyond this 48 hour period. By going with clan created games and not Division Director created games, the process should be less arduous for the directors.

If a clan consistently enters their games late (only submits Home games on Monday instead of Sunday etc) then the clan directors reserve the right to remove the 48 hour grace period and create the random games immediately.

4. Send PM of the games to the opposing team contact

From a very practical point of view may I suggest that the above order is changed to -

Home team
1. Create games
2. Drop games with wrong maps/ settings, remake
3. Invite home players
4. Drop games with wrong invites sent, remake
5. PM games to divisional director and opposition contact (same PM)
6. Post to appropriate thread (quote of PM in 5 with quotes removed)

Away Team
1. Invite away players
2. reply to PM (sender and all recipients = divisional director and opposition contact)
3. reply to home team's post with same content as PM in 3

I'm thinking of those three as ones where the decorum clause would have been invoked, so I'm trying to get a feel for what is and isn't allowed, and who would be punished for what. There are clear cases of war threads getting locked, so I'd like to know what you would have done in that case.
