Hidden game options

Post by cozzy »

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or not but when in Game Finder, the results for my search queries don't show all game options. For example: if my query asks to display games under Chained and Unlimited for reinforcements, some windows show the reinforcement type and others do not. So I often do not know exactly what the options are for the game until after I join. This doesn't seem to be a big deal but options are important depending on what map is being used for some people.

Yeah, this was a change that I dont necessarily agree with. Any option that isn't shown is the "default" setting (meaning, its the one all the way to the left). So if its not showing spoils, for example, then its an escalating game.

Defaults:

Auto
Sequential
Escalating
Chained
Sunny
No Trench

sounds like a half-assed coding job, to me. i found the "new!!! improved!!!" game finder pretty much useless until just now. thx, icepack. you turned an utterly useless tool into a slapdash attempt at fixing something that wasn't broken in the first place!

taking a turn on a phone is a painstaking ordeal and should only be done in the direst of circumstances...

I play on the phone all the time. It's easier on computer for sure, but 75% of my normal day to day use on the site is mobile
