Forfeiting?

Post by AtomicSlug »

Again, I'm new here. I play at other sites similar to CC and am wondering if there is some way to forfeit a game when there is absolutely no way for me to win? Other sites allow this and it speeds up the game. If not, is this something that other players would like to see implemented? Just curious. :)

Having a forfeit option could prevent situations like this:

Or you can just stop taking your turns if someone does that to you. It would take 3 days, but whatever

That happened to me in a team game. Once they were losing, they all stopped taking their turns, and we got 0 points for the game. I think if players stop playing on purpose, the winner (or winning team) should still get the points!

Pretty slimy way to play. I fight to the death and will never stop playing on purpose just to deny points, I mean that just sucks. Can anything be done about that (besides negative feedback)?

that's been changed too because it was abused in the way you mentioned, even if people deadbeat from turn 1 they'll lose points.

i also answert annother topic abbout this pull out of a game stuff.
It would be taking longer for all players if one just going to let them self go deadbeat.
very upsetting for me, and other players when such thing happen and i give neg. feedback for that.

The honourble and respectfull way i see to go out the gam is yo mass attack all your armys, until every where is only one arms left, mostly you can do this in two turns or less.

You get your part a quick exit.
And all players get what they want, a chace to finish the game quick!
