everyone plays the same settings within a round, they are evenly spread as Esc/chained, Nuke/adjacent, NS/parachute, fog could have 1 or 2 games per match since we only have 2 option for 3 games.dhallmeyer wrote:Are the settings generated randomly? Or does each 3-game set have identical games?
Main reason is that round of completion matters for tiebreaking. Some settings produce slower games than others.

Yep, that's what I was wondering.Mad777 wrote:everyone plays the same settings within a round, they are evenly spread as Esc/chained, Nuke/adjacent, NS/parachute, fog could have 1 or 2 games per match since we only have 2 option for 3 games.dhallmeyer wrote:Are the settings generated randomly? Beside this, winner and newest tournament links updated, we are done with Map #1 to #38 and few away to complete 40.

After Round 1 and 2 the score reset and it is best of 3 for round 3, if you manage to win at least 2 then you pass, doesn’t matter the overall wins, aad has more wins but you win the best of 3.dhallmeyer wrote:Yep, that's what I was wondering.Mad777 wrote:everyone plays the same settings within a round, they are evenly spread as Esc/chained, Nuke/adjacent, NS/parachute, fog could have 1 or 2 games per match since we only have 2 option for 3 games.dhallmeyer wrote:Are the settings generated randomly? Next question. How did I advance here? Not that it matters, I'm gonna get swept in the next round, but I had fewer wins than the guy below me. I know the round count is a factor, but I thought it was only a tiebreaker. I also had H2H wins over the player, but again, I thought the criteria was most wins, fewest rounds in victories, then H2H.

Welcome to the club, lol 15 starts in a row with no starts, so I quit playing.Zemljanin wrote:I can't reproduce the exact terminology, but everybody knows it's unfair to play a match where the opponent has a first move in ALL games...
I saw somewhere a thread about preventing such outcome, but can't find it now. After having a first move in only one out of nine games, I felt a wish to revisit that thread. But I need help in finding it...
Well, a thread is dedicated to that issue (what could be done about it). I found it incidentally, but now I am searching the forum to find it again. I can't...swimmerdude99 wrote:Welcome to the club, lol 15 starts in a row with no starts, so I quit playing.
