The option is already there. You can't really force settings on people if they already enjoy playing specific strategies. At the end of the day, enjoyment of the game is subjective.

You are free to create the 2 player, no reinforcement games for others to join. =)

I think he means on the no reinforcement setting make Visby a neutral. Not sure if everybody would agree with that change though..

Think what he is meaning no starting drop on Visby.. I can understand it in ways because very easy to get a plus one then a 7 drop quickly. But the issue is there are other maps with the same thing so just has to suck it up. Or pick another map to play.

Ah, my bad. The way it was worded threw me. =)
But you're right, there are so many little issues on various maps depending on the settings you play. They'd have a lot of work if they were to attempt to balance all of them.
