It feels like map of the Roman Empire, to some degree... I wonder if anyone is working on a Punic Wars map... Anyway, it looks like a good map to me, especially if you limit the cross-the-Meds routes to 1 or zero...

As have I... maybe after I finish my Soviet Union map.
One idea is to give a bonus or something for ports on the coast or islands like Corsica or Crete.

At the moment that isnt very useful as we cant see tha names or (in some cases) the borders and trying to comment on the graphics is just plain futile.

I would suggest finding a blank map of the med, with no text, and put in your boarders and names from there. Even if you do it in paint, you can still make the gameplay clear.

One thing i've noticed is that you dont have any territories really worth more than 4 or 5. Not that that is a bad thing though, it could make it quite interesting.

Anyway, what graphics program do you have? If you only have paint, try downloading gimp. It won't get your map final forged but it will make it look good enough to get people to pay more attention to it.

O.K and I'll have a good update by the end of christmas break (that's when I'll use the 30 day tutorial)

Still to do before the foundry
1 make the writing easy to read, and all the same
2. make it not on MS paint So It will look nice
3. Find out if people want sea territs or sea attack routes
4. Place a legend
5. make nice crisp borders
6. Find someone to help me!

I would zoom in deeper. There's no reason to show that much of france and that much of spain. There are a lot of cool things you can do with the islands, and i would like to actually see a focus on the mediterranean instead of another Europe + North Africa + Near East map
