Perhaps the players should start in th basement/the parking area and the objective should be to climb to the top? The one that first reaches the top has won. If so: nerf elevators and add a network of stairs.

players will start all over the tower, though more towards the bottom, very few above floor 60. If they all started in the basement, then they would just fight in the basement and leave the rest of the tower empty. And I am not a fan of an objective on this one.

right well it wont be exactly like sim tower, so the cathedral can go anywhere. we'll see when I update this weekend.

Hmm, this isn't a joke right?
I thought there were strict limitations regarding the size of a map.
Perhaps there are just recommendations? If so: you are clearly taking map making into a completely new level (80).
edit:
What happens when you want to take the lift upwards and you are on the 75th floor?
