I tittally agree with this. This is particularly important in the speed games - I have seen way too many questionable strategies that have enabled particular players to win - its either extremely poor playing from high ranking players or cheating. Cant prove a thing though without seeing who has whos target.
Pretty pointless idea IMHO, for the majority who can work this out. If you can't figure this out during a game, I'd suggest u stay away from Ass games as u will be throwing away ur points. I don't claim to be an expert at them, but after 3-4 rounds of positioning play, everyone goes for their target relentlessly, on the whole.
However, I like the naive optimism that any suggestion from the members stood the remotest chance of getting implemented

had i been wise, i would have seen that her simplicity cost her a fortune
I respect your disagreement, but let me point out that the reasons in the 2 last posts contradict to each other.
If everyone's targets can be so easily figured out then trying to disguise who you're after is quite pointless. Same for the other argument: you are trying to disguise your target because you believe that if you do so, others will not figure it out so easily.
Halmir, you are right - on the whole. It's true, that the targets can be worked out in most games, but there are exceptions. Maybe you can figure out everyone's target in all of your assassin games, but some noobs like myself can't. Why don't you want to let people know who your target was after your game has finished?
I'm not saying that everyone who opposes this suggestion is cheating, but I think that there is a possibility to misuse assassin games just because of the current rules.
LOL people that say "you should be able to figure it out" obviously havent seen the many topics I have seen over the years of people becing accused of throwing assassin games....
And for someone to WIN, they have to have their strategy revealed anyway, right? So whats the big deal if this is implemented? If you declare this would be bad in that it reveals strategy, doesnt that make winning just as equally bad?
As it currently stands I am forced to shit rate everyone whos gameplay makes me question their motives... if 2 ppl attacked me viciously in a game and someone else wins.... I dont get an answer to my question of wtf is going on. I have to fumble at who really had me, and who may have been mistaken (OR cheating).
You don't need to bump threads (especially after only 3 days!) - all good suggestions do get looked at and considered, but it may take some time as there are many in this forum
Important Tournament Notice
The data for ALL of my tournaments has potentially been lost. I am working to recover it but as I am away on business all of this week, there will be some delay. Sincere apologies.
