I'm New to Conquer Club

Hi guys, this is 'Mikefromlux' - I am new to Conquer Club, and although I have not finished my first game yet, I love it. I have been playing another 'Risk' type game on another site since 2004 - this is a refreshing change. It has taken me a bit to get used to the 'team play' and ability to place armies on a team mates territory - but I like it.

you see... thats what we like to call random spam, it makes up about 30% of the forums.

did you used to play lux?

just a guess.

I still play lux, but mostlly offline - I don't have the time to sit at 20 to 30 mins for a time and play. That is why I started playin CC - becuase I can make a move, and check back in a day or so.

All new players should be made aware of this, so I'm going to put in a plug for stocksr's Greasemonkey script:

BOB - the Conquer Club UI Enhancement via Greasemonkey
You'll find the link to the latest version at the bottom of the first post.

The script puts up stats giving army, territory, and bonus counts for all players. Hover over a player name in the right-side list to light up all their territories. Hover over a territory to light up its neighbors and see a text summary of exactly what it can attack. And more!
