Cannot deploy troops - cpu problem (??)

Everything seems to work perfect, untill I want to deploy troops... the windows where I can choose the amount of troops and the territory are blank and there is no list coming up while clicking on it... so I cant deploy troops... turns ends and troops are gone !!
Can someone help me - perhaps java or something else wrong installed???

See this in bug department...

Try to clear cache ...F12, then ctrl d, then yes on my computer at work i need to do his everytime i logg on...either that or change to firefox, i have it at home and noooo prob with it!

Having to refresh after every placement, move, fort, etc... CC has begun to get have too many problems for it to be enjoyable to play. Don't know that I could finish a game if I were winning as there would not be enough time to remove the other player's armies.
