Advice for no spoils

I was thinking of starting my first no spoils game.

What settings would experienced players recommend to go along with No Spoils.

Normal game or Terminator?

Trench Warfare?

Fog?

A limit on the number of turns? If so, how many?

No Spoils, Chained, Fog. I always prefer team games. Normal game is fine tho. (what are you defining as normal...i assume standard?)

I don't play trench, but many like it. If you are freemium, you'll want the game to go faster though. So probably not trench.

Fog is a yes for me, and many others. Depends maybe on the map.

Limit for turns for you is probably beneficial due to your limited # of open slots.

Yep, by normal, I meant standard.

Oh, and freemium isn't a factor. That might change soon.
