1) Is the premium membership too expensive?
2) Is the price of the membership causing Multis to operate?
Well my thought is that since CC probably does not have a statistic on multis such as if they were adults or kids, i figured that probably some minors may not be able to afford the membership fees. This could be a major reason why multiple accounts are formed.
Lets say if CC allows payments for quaterly memberships and limits the games to X. There could also be many other terms that could be fine tuned along the way.
Would this help in curbing the multi problem as this not only affects the revenue of your gaming site but also causes a lot of stress to fellow players like us who would from time to time be cheated by these multis.
Or has multi hunting become a part of CC that we prefer to love and cherish instead of eradicating!
I believe it is possible to buy partial memberships. I know I have seen a few months membership given away in tournaments. That might be helpful for people who aren't positive they want to go premium but want to try it out.
However I don't think that would solve the problem you are talking about, because you would still need a credit card or paypal account to buy the membership and I think THAT is what holds back most younger players, not the price itself.
Regardless, people who break the fundamental rule of this site aren't people I want to be playing with anyway. There are a lot more honest players who don't have premium and yet manage just fine with 4 total games. And there are plenty of people who want to play more and therefore get a premium account. So I guess I just don't think $20 is too much. If you don't want to pay it, stick to 4 games!
Lack has stated numerous times, that $20 for a year of gaming, is most likely going to be the only official rate. He's not interested in quarter payments, or a 6 month subscription.
unfortunately you cna't pay for conquer club with a handful of quarters and bills (unless you know lackattack personally and can physically hadn him the money)
